Please read all conditions carefully before agreement approval.
Salary need to credit to M/S:Sri Dixitha Enterprises bank account by 2 nd of every month, Renewal can be done in the 11 th month prior to expiry of Term, Discounts available on renewals from time to time , Registration Fee is company charges and this is not employed salary or Advance, over time charges applicable for full time job for 9-10 hrs & (24/7 employment Max Work Time is 12 hrs in a day). Place cannot be changed as agreed With out approval from the concerned persons.
Advances to the employed person need to be given on approval from M/S:Sri Dixitha Enterprises ,Company Registration fee Non Refundable. Customer should keep business ethics with themselves only not to disclose to our employed persons like registration fee and their salary details . Service Charges applicable is RS: 1000 on salary for office use only.
Good Food and proper shelter and min 10 hrs rest in 24 hours need to give to the employed person who is on 24/7 work at customer place, Reg Charges for one time not Refundable !
Replacements of max 3 employed persons will be given as per agreed term if employed fails to deliver the agreed works in good atmosphere conditions
Agreement can be withdrawn by both the parties at any time, if customer with draws agreement company have liberty not to refund in these case, if Any dispute arise need to be closed mutually by talking and meeting no third party intervention is valid and subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only
There will be no refund policy only replacements will be given if employed goes home in any emergency circumstances till employed suits to the job profile, visiting charges Rs:500 is applicable per visit.
Customer should not Re employ our employed person directly or in directly once term completes OR If Customer goes out of station in emergency or in medical treatment customer should not employ any out side person for the work(Agreed with company with agreement) without company approval ,Cancellation from customer end leads to non refund of registration fee/services.
Employed person should be handed over to the company if customer picked the employed person if employed person not fulfilling the duty
