Employment Agreement Between

Please read all conditions carefully before agreement approval.
1:Person need to be punctual to the duty. Salary will come through company.
2:Need to be in clean and neatly dressed, should work minimum 1 month if less than salary will not be given by the company. Joining on our own with out any pressure from company.
3:Need to pay registration Fee Rs:200 (Two Hundred Only) Non refund.
4:Service Charges per month applicable Rs:1000(One Thousand Only).
5:Aadhar card need to give which should be present address 2 Refrances need to give and minimum of 1 year work need to work with employer, if not last salary will be held.
6:This agreement applicable to all new jobs joined by employed.PF & ESI after 3 months.
7:Employed should be Honest ,Integral, to the duty and with the customer, If they go to native place on leave or on work salary will give once they come back and joins with the employer or employed. Salary will be paid to the bank account only.
8:Should not steal any item or money from the customer place.
9:Should give correct ID and Address proofs no fake proofs should give.
10:Need to follow terms & conditions, Leave should intimate in advance to the company.
11:If any improper conduct or behaviour employment will be terminated and salary will not be given, No DIRECT EMPLOYMENT WITH CUSTOMER AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
12:Directly should not employ any person at customer place with out company approval, if any such act by you your employment will be terminated with out any salary and other facilities.
